CANCELLATION POLICY

For all clients, a 24-hour notice is required for canceling and/or rescheduling any appointments. Any appointment canceled within 24-hours of the appointment time will forfeit the 50% deposit required when the appointment was scheduled. Any appointment rescheduled within the 24-hour period of the scheduled appointment will be allowed to transfer the 50% deposit one time to the newly rescheduled appointment. Any cancelation or rescheduling of that new appointment will result in the client forfeiting the 50% deposit and will be required to pay in full for all future appointments. Failure to pay any cancelation fees will result in the client being banned from future booking.
